YELLOWSTONE CUTTHROAT TROUT Oncorhynchus clarki bouvieri The streams and lakes in and around Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons are the home of the Yellowstone cutthroat. I once caught a number of these beautiful fish in a small tributary of the Snake River, in the shadow of the snow-capped Tetons. This specimen was caught by my friend Bonnie Kutschenreuter in Trout Lake, Yellowstone. |
